GoogleI unreservedly recommend GTH Chard for the sale of your property. We have received outstanding support, advice and service from them throughout the sale process. James, Geraldine and Fiona form a brilliant team. In addition to being very approachable, friendly and down to earth in their manner, they are exceptionally proactive and hardworking, they always have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, they ooze experience and have extensive knowledge of the local area. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Moreover, reassuringly, when there is a problem, the office phone is always answered during working hours!

GoogleThis is the 3rd time I have used the services of GTH and each time they have given me a personable and professional service that resulted in very quick sales. This latest one was sold to the first person through the door after just 4 days (including a second viewing) at full asking price. I did make the mistake of trying to use an alternative Estate agent once and after several months switched to Greenslade who within 3 weeks had the very beautiful home sold. Outstanding people in my experience.

GoogleExtremely disappointing! We purchased a property through GTH, and initially, communication was 'ok', but shortly afterwards, our agent left the company and we had a different agent as a point of contact. The vast majority of updates and communication came from our own, (different), estate agents, who we used to sell our own property. GTH are a large company, and so I cannot speak for other offices, but the office that we dealt with in Burnham, were terrible. I was personally updating the person that we purchased the property from as he had absolutely no idea what was going on, as he also stated that GTH Burnham, were not communicating with him. Communication is of paramount importance during the stress of buying and selling a property, and GTH Burnham failed dismally in that area.

GoogleReally disappointed with the communication I received. I inquired on a property on Friday last week, to which I also rang the branch and was told the will book a viewing for me. A few days had passed so on the Monday I went in and explain I have inquired already and I’m happy to view the property listed. I was told I will get a call back… 5 days passed and nothing. Really poor communication, there are other estate agents in burnham that are much better.

GoogleWe have just recently bought a house through GTH in Burnham on Sea and they were wonderful. We dealt mostly with Wayne Smith but have also had dealings with the whole team. A really great agency - polite, friendly, courteous and they really understand the conveyancing process and help and assist with progression, to get things across the line speedily. Nothing seemed too much trouble and the level of communication was admirable with frequent updates and offers of advice. In particular the attention of Curtis in the way he tackled the many surprising challenges we encountered during the process was a credit to the business and in his absence another young lad Mitchell ably stepped in.
