GoogleMy flat owned by myself and my brother had previously been up for sale with other estate agents and it was proving to be very difficult in selling it. The flat was in the niche market but Gowland and White advised me on what steps they were going to take to try and sell it. They were extremely pro-active and I had a lot of people go and view it. We did get a buyer but due to unforeseen circumstances had to pull out. Within a week or so we had more people view and found our buyer. I would certainly recommend Gowland and White due to how successful they have been, how pro-active and the help friendliness and support of all the staff in Stockton on tees. They showed prospective buyers around the house without me having to keep attending, which would have been quite an upsetting experience for me. GoogleSold my first home through Gowland White and can’t recommend them enough. Professional from the outset when arranging the valuation and photos for the listing. Emma and Abby were always willing to help during the selling process no matter how often I hounded them. They were patient, professional and went above and beyond every single day as the completion date got closer. If it wasn’t for them the sale process could have took much longer. GoogleCan not fault gowland and white enough they have been fantastic to purchase our property from, they went above and beyond. The staff are lovely and help with whatever enquires we had. We wish we sold with them rather then just the purchase. We know for next time. Wouldnt go anywhere else
