When choosing what estate agents we wanted to use to sell our house Gowland and White made this very easy by being very professional and polite and not pushy at all. Throughout the process of selling the house they remained very responsive to any enquiries always replying via email or phone calls the same day and helped both myself and my wife through the sale. We worked with Abby Metcalfe who I cannot recommend enough without her help and guidance we would’ve struggled to get through the sale she routinely went above and beyond what was expected of herself. Helpful and friendly team.

The team were very helpful in organising viewings and coming back with the feedback. I am pleased with the sale process with Gowland and White. I did get touted by many companies asking me to sell through them but I have heard of dubious contract once you sign with them. I stuck with local agents who branches in the area rather then a letter through the post.
