GoogleI have used GW for almost six years to manage my buy to let properties. I absolutely cannot fault them and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering entering the buy to let market. The whole team is so professional and I have regular contact with Gemma, Nicola and Tracy. However, the Lettings Manager, Rob, is a gem. GoogleA huge thank you to Demi and Richard and the team at Gowland & White. Professional and friendly and pushed the house for sale. After service was good with the lasses at the Office. Photography was excellent and done on a phone. My friend had rubbish photos with another leading estate agents and i got a much more professional and trustworthy service. Price was what they said, absolutely no add on s at all I will recommend 100%

GoogleI used Gowland White as landlord's agent when I rented out a house in Yarm. From the start they were proactive and very helpful, making the setup, letting and management of the tenancy very smooth. They secured a first rate tenant for me within a very short time. Their fees were very reasonable. The company's personnel care about what they do; they want to help both tenant and landlord, and are effective and friendly when doing so. This is an extremely good company that can help you substantially if you're in the property game, and I highly recommend them.

GoogleWhat can I say? It truly was excellent service from start to finish. From Richard coming to value, to Abby's continuous help throughout the whole sale process. We couldn't have done it without her. What a value to her team and Gowland White. I could not recommend them anymore when it comes to selling. 5 starts seems so small on what we would have given them. Just excellent.
