GoogleAwful service. The pictures Gowland and White took looked horrendous, rubbish editing, a better job could have been done using an iPhone. Make sure you check your contract because they charge a ridiculous fee if you ever want to cancel their services. They also agree to do quarterly inspections of your property but you have to chase them to even conduct one inspection. Would not recommend.

GoogleI recently instructed Gowland White in the sale of a flat, having used them previously. Excellent service from the start, from Magda valuing to lots of contact and regular updates from Demi, Nicola and Jodene. Very professional team, all the staff are friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend.

GoogleHi everyone be very careful. These people who work there they are playing a game all the time they’re trying to make you offer more . Don’t be fooled be smart. The ladies that are working scam you mentally.We bought two properties we have our own experience from them .

I Sold my house in 3 days I thought they would be I in touch every step of the way No I rang up each week to be told you will get a call back from sales negotiation team .That happened sometimes . I asked for a sold sign 14 weeks ago It never came I moved out 16 weeks after it was sold Still no sold board I don’t no why I paid nearly 2 thousand pounds in fees
