GoogleAfter a negative experience with another estate agents in the area, we contacted Goodfellows. From the moment we met Stefan, we knew he was the man for the job! He took his time with us, and wasn’t pushy in the slightest. He certainly isn’t like some other agents I’ve met. I would recommended Goodfellows to all of my friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a positive experience at a time when it can be quite (very!) stressful. Stefan and Sabrina are the ultimate dream team. They’re professional, friendly and really care about their clients; rare characteristics to find with many working in the industry. You can really tell they are passionate about what they do, and it shows with the many other positive reviews that have been written about them.

GoogleSabrina at Goodfellows was recommended to me by a mutual friend when she heard of the problems that I had experienced with two other local agents. From the outset, I found Sabrina to be professional, approachable, efficient and friendly. Most importantly she was honest, transparent and dealt brilliantly with my unusual, complicated situation. It couldn’t have been easy to sell a property where the two owners weren’t speaking but both still lived in the property, but Sabrina never made me feel as if this was a problem for her. She remained diplomatic and considerate. The viewings were handled well and all pandemic regulations were adhered to. Communication before & after the viewings was excellent. They had to communicate with both parties separately but, again, Sabrina and team took this in their stride. I will happily be recommending Sabrina and the Goodfellows team to anyone looking to place their home on the market. If they dealt with our difficult situation so effortlessly, they can easily handle any property .

GoogleMany thanks to Louise, Mandy-Sue, Marion and all the team at Goodfellows for marketing and managing my flat and for finding new tenants within a short timescale despite the difficulties of working under the restrictions of lockdown! I received good advice on the refurbishment work that was necessary before the new tenants moved in and Goodfellows organised quotes for me and arranged for the contractors to have access to the premises. GoogleI have recently purchased a home in Cheam Village. Goodfellows was the agent marketing the property. I initially dealt with Sabrina who was excellent on the initial viewing. Thereafter I met with Stefan the Sales Manager. Every step along the way Stefan was brilliant. He arranged for us to go into the property multi occasions as there needs a lot of work to be done. Extremely helpful with the process and gave great advice along the way. Even on the 11th hour when I thought we wouldn’t complete Stefan reassured me and made phone calls to ensure it was completed. I would definitely recommend Stefan and his team if you are looking to sell or buy as they really helpful, professional and knowledgeable.
