I have used Goodfellows to rent my property out in Morden From start to finish they have been very professional and responsive to all my needs. I knew straight away that I would use Goodfellows as I have heard how good they are by people in the community. I have to say a big thank you to Sharmila and Kevin who I mainly dealt with. After having had a bad experience with a previous estate agent in Morden, who in trying to sell my house failed, I decided to change estate agents and put my trust in Goodfellows. I’m so glad I did it, and I only wish I had gone to them in the first place. Martin, Lucy and Jack were all excellent in assisting me throughout the process, and I wish to mention Tony Spinks especially who went the extra mile in providing a great service. Selling a home that had been the family home for many years with an emotional attachment for me was not easy, but Tony was very understanding, supportive and was always available for answering questions. I honestly cannot rate Goodfellows more highly. They were amazing, especially Tony who was an absolute superstar. He basically negotiated my house sale and new purchase for me under incredibly difficult circumstances, and I would not have survived without his help. After a negative experience with another estate agents in the area, we contacted Goodfellows. From the moment we met Stefan, we knew he was the man for the job! He took his time with us, and wasn’t pushy in the slightest. He certainly isn’t like some other agents I’ve met. I bought my house through Goodfellows and what a brilliant experience. Musa was my first point of contact as he had shown me around the property and he had done a fantastic job. I had a few questions for him during the viewing and he had all of the answers to. It just seemed like nothing was too much for him. He surpassed all expectations and his customer service skills were superb.
