Barbara was efficient at communicating how the viewings went and potential offers. They also offered a competitive rate and succeeded at finding us tenants quickly. I highly recommend using them.

GoogleFrom the moment that I met Sam Bedford, right up until the completion date, she worked tirelessly to sell my home. Her valuation was was £130K more than that of another estate agent, and she managed to sell the house for a price way beyond anything I could have hoped for. There were many challenges along the way for Sam and her team, but they all remained positive, determined, patient and professional at all times. I was kept up to date at every point along the way, and the team were always available to answer any questions that I had. Selling a house can be very stressful, and the Goodfellows team were full of encouragement. They really know their stuff, and gave me loads of really helpful advice along the way. They are such a dedicated, hardworking team. They kept any stress for me to an absolute minimum, and just took care of everything for me. What really stood out to me, was Sam's sincerity and honesty. I felt instinctively that I could trust her completely, and that she had my best interests at heart, and her actions have proved my instincts correct. I had to experience this for myself, or else I would never have believed that such outstanding service was possible. I cannot imagine ever using an estate agent other than Sam in the future. I cannot recommend her services highly enough.

GoogleWe had a property surveyed, and the estate agent asked us to give them some information of the valuation and the fault within the property. It was unprofessional for them to even think of asking us. Some staff talk over you, some treat you and talk to you as if you have no common sense. My parents felt they were not respected as a first-time buyer. The 1 star is the dedication that theybis to keep hassling you to push you to make the purchase without the surveyor. Overall I will never use this estate agent again.
Dear Cherry , this was in fact with out Sutton office but we are very sorry that you and your parents felt like this and we understand that you had a valuation that did not agree with the price agreed and had indeed down valued the property by £25,000 which the vendor was not prepared to entertain. Surveys are a large part of any purchase but sometimes a surveyors opinion can be out of sync with the market as currently there is very little availability and great demand which surveyors are not always aware of.
