GoogleWe contacted the Goodfellows staff on Rightmove, and then the friendly Keyley contact us and showed us the house. As an international student, we were not fluent in English, but Keyley was patient enough to answer our questions, which was a great experience.

GoogleI have used Goodfellows for the past 6-7 years to help find tenants for my rental properties. They have always been very friendly, helpful & efficient - I deal mainly with Louise but all the team are on hand to help . I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for tenants.

GoogleI viewed the house and was given all the information I required, the team from goodfellow was really helpful and efficient in sending over documents to assist in moving in. Moved in and Sophie is in contact regarding any maintenance that is required which I feel is an excellent personal touch. Would highly recommend the team at goodfellow.if you’re looking for a house.

GoogleSo we are living in a old property in sutton and the place is falling apart being so old and every single time we complain about it they bill us for the repair. We moved into this house in the middle of the pandemic and they agent told us that the place has all electronic appliance although most of it wasn't working like the drier, chimney, oven,heater...etc after we moved in they asked us to replace to which we said no. Recently I got locked in the bathroom on a Sunday night because of the cheap lock they use(the person who came to fix it said it costs 99p and he had replaced the same for good fellows 2 times the same week) we tried calling their emergency number they didn't respond after waiting for long my husband had to force open the door. Now Goodfellows are asking us to pay 100 GBP for the repair although the lock was very old and had rusted which caused the entire incident and we are being blamed for not calling the locksmith. Without any consideration of the lock being so OLD and the incident happened on SUNDAY NIGHT and they failed to answer the call. Worst experience ever. I wish i could give zero stars.
