GoogleFrom the outset I had a good vibe about Jamie. He communicates very well, he is approachable and in my opinion a very honest person and estate agent!! He knows the local market very well and from the beginning never put any pressure on, in fact he encouraged me to decline certain offers in the beginning feeling that something better would come along. Sadly the original valuation was not achieved (No fault of Jamie what’s so ever), and we both agreed that after a number of tries that a price reduction was what was needed due to the condition of the property which was being sold under probate. Jamie did not promise anything and again in my opinion was extremely honest.
Good fellows should be proud to have an employee like Jamie….
