GoogleI recently instructed Goodfellows in Morden to let my property. Sharmila visited the property for a market appraisal and was very enthusiastic about the prospect of finding the right tenant. Goodfellows got the property live on their website and Rightmove very quickly and commenced viewing soon after. Within 10 days they found a delightful couple that wanted to move in within 2 weeks. Kamilla, who was very communicative throughout, managed to arrange a Electrical inspection within a couple of hours for the same day. Joshua visited the property to carry out inspections for fire and window blind cord safety. From start to finish a very professional service so thank you all very much.

We've looked at a lot of properties and had some negative experiences with other agents- they advertise for a good property, only for you to books a showing with them and learn that the one you want is no longer available, and show you a bunch of overpriced, poor condition houses.
Tayler and everyone at the Morden branch are, on the other hand, the most professional and helpful. She has smoothly coordinated our viewing, signing and the team continues to support us with the tasks post-move in. They are also great with facilitating our communications with the landlord. The quality of the property is fantastic and we can see ourselves making it our home for the next 3-5 years.
