GoogleAs a landlord I would NOT recommend this company as the accounts team will send you an invoice after one year of you moving away from them stating money is outstanding. They also hold payments on account and don't release it.

GoogleRecently rented a property with the help of Goodfellows and it has been an excellent experience up to this point. Sharmila, Kamilla and Tayler have been a great help getting the property ready, sourcing tenants and managing the move in. I have no reason to think that this level of service won't continue throughout the management of the tenancy period.

GoogleOur properties being managed by Goodfellows since 2017 and I must say they are the best estate agents in the area. Very helpful and quick to respond. Recently we applied for rental licence and the form was very tricky and Laura Lindsay from Head office took time to go through the whole process with us. It was initially very stressful but Laura made it the whole process very easy by helping us gathering all the documents and filling out the application form. Really appreciate their sales and letting teams as they treat you great. 100% would recommend them. Thanks to Goodfellows for looking after our properties.
