GoogleI recently had the pleasure of working with Goodfellows Estate Agent at Morden to find tenants for my property, and I must say, their service exceeded my expectations. From the moment I engaged with them, I was impressed by their professionalism, efficiency, and dedication they provided.
Special mention must go to Branch Manager Ms. Sharmila, whose expertise and commitment were evident throughout the process. She was always available to address any queries or concerns I had, and her extensive knowledge of the market ensured that my property was marketed effectively. Ms. Sharmila's guidance and advice were invaluable in making the process seamless and stress-free.
I would also like to commend Tyler and Kamila for their outstanding contributions. They were proactive in keeping me updated on the progress of finding suitable tenants.
Overall, my experience with Goodfellows Estate Agent has been excellent, thanks to the dedicated efforts of Ms. Sharmila, Tyler, and Kamila. I would highly recommend Goodfellows to anyone in need of property management services.

GoogleI recently instructed Goodfellows in Morden to let my property. Sharmila visited the property for a market appraisal and was very enthusiastic about the prospect of finding the right tenant. Goodfellows got the property live on their website and Rightmove very quickly and commenced viewing soon after. Within 10 days they found a delightful couple that wanted to move in within 2 weeks. Kamilla, who was very communicative throughout, managed to arrange a Electrical inspection within a couple of hours for the same day. Joshua visited the property to carry out inspections for fire and window blind cord safety. From start to finish a very professional service so thank you all very much.

GoogleMy brother and I recently had to sell our parents home after losing them both. Not an easy thing to do. Cathi did the initial appointment and she was sympathetic and made it an easy decision to go with Goodfellows. Omar took over the selling of the house and I couldn't have asked for better. He was attentive and kept us informed constantly. I would 100% recommend Goodfellows and Omar Shosanya.

GoogleGoodfellows have the right intentions and provide a good service, Jack who I dealt with throughout the whole purchasing process was informative and a big help.
The reason for 3 stars and not 5 is the Goodfellows appointed solicitors who the sellers had, were slow, incompetent and I believe the downfall of the sale overall as it had taken 5 months almost before even talks of exchanging. I recommend if you're buying/selling a property, source a well reviewed solicitor and appoint them and not the one the estate agent will try to provide.
