GoogleThis was my first experience of renting and I was quite apprehensive .As it turns out all my concerns were unfounded thanks largely to Louise who dealt with all my queries promptly and efficiently. I have no hesitation in recommending Goodfellows Carshalton if my experience is anything to go by.

GoogleI have been working with Louise Jobson - Good fellows, Carshalton. It was fantastic experience. Louise is never tired, very energetic and has got lot of positive attitude. In two months time due to my circumstance I have been interacting lot and everything she handled very smoothly and gained one very happy customer for good fellows!!

GoogleThey took a 12 month tenancy fee from us however the tenant only stayed for 6 months. Have been asking for our other 6 months to be refunded and still no response. Beware some of their staff don’t have basic grammar or communication skills and are extremely pushy when dealing with clients. To their credit there’s Mandy-Sue who is helpful some of the time.

Dear Dino Firstly may I take this opportunity to wish you well and hope that you and your family are settling into your new home - in response to your review please be advised that we did do our utmost to secure a replacement tenant for your property with viewings carried out however as advised we felt that the price was too high which was effecting enquiry level - naturally if you let to sharers a higher rent can be achieved however a family would be a preferred choice for your property - as per our terms if a replacement tenant is not secured by Goodfellows then the pro rata let fee is not refunded - should you wish to discuss this further then please do not hesitate to call - many thanks

GoogleMy experience with Goodfellows was made great due to working with Aaron. Knowledgeable, helpful, trustworthy and honest and quick to assist with whatever arose throughout the process. Truly the friendliest! Deducting a star only because the gentleman meeting me for check in was 45 minutes late (which was stressful with a large moving van parked illegally on an A road!) and when I called the office for information I found the office administration staff lacking in knowledge and very unhelpful.

GoogleWe are in the process of renting out a property with Goodfellows and are very happy with the advice and personal service. They are always very quick and responsive and Mandy has been efficient, professional and a pleasure to deal with. They are also very patient with what has been a lengthy renovation project...in short everything to like.

GoogleWhilst I cannot comment on Goodfellows' conduct as a general practice, our experience with dealing with Tom Newbrook was a rather unpleasant one. The whole conveyancing (and particularly the bidding process) was undertaken in a surprisingly opaque manner and with some of the communications with him seemingly verging on the aggressive. Whilst it appears others have generally had a better experience with other members of staff, this has meant that, in future, we would look to sell a property elsewhere.

Tom hasn’t worked in our Carshalton Beeches branch for over 6 months and has asked the branch who don’t have you on our system. May I ask you what the property address is. GoogleI have rented out a property via Goodfellows and I have the full experience to be excellent. They found a tenant the day we agreed to put the property on the market and three days later we received a full offer from the tenant after a second viewing. The property wasn't even advertised making my life much simpler. From start to finish they have been great and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I paid for the full management service so they can fully take of the property. Well done Mandy and Louise.

GoogleIf you want a personal touch then you are in the right place. The whole process from viewing, offer to moving has been seamless, thanks to Louise and Mandy. They have been amazing offering honest and useful advice throughout the process. They found us a beautiful home and we are sure going to be very happy there. They are also managing our property and found us a good tenant which makes life so much easy. Thank you Louise and Mandy it has been a pleasure working with you. GoogleAs first time landlords we were unsure of the whole letting process and found Sharmila and Jordan very helpful. They were both very friendly and approachable and were happy to explain things to us. We found a tenant very soon and the process worked out very smoothly as well thanks to Sharmila and Jordan. Joran explained things well and did a very good job during viewings with potential tenants. Glad that we decided to use Goodfellows.
