Nick and the team especially Lorraine have been fantastic! This was my second experience with Goodchilds and the quality of service has not changed....if anything its improved!! The team are such great supporters during an always stressful time and are always the experts to turn to with any questions or for a chat re the sale or purchase. Ben and the rest of the team have been great in the sale of my property. Ben's communication organising the initial viewings and offers process has been very professional and informative. He has a real passion and a great way with people. Loraine has been seeing the sale through and I also sing her praises. If I could give no stars, I would. Emailed AND called in regards to a house I wanted to view. Not a single person came back to me, even after taking all of my details etc

Over 300 people enquired about this property in a very short space of time and calls were taken by our overflow team also. There was an open house event advertised on the property which was free to attend. The property is also still available to view and offer on as there is no exclusivity period and our corporate client will consider offers up until exchange. I have emailed you in regards to this. We were very happy to be attending by Mr. Chris, that helped us to find a good house in Lawley Village when we pass in front of your office at Wellington Centre. We went visit the house just 1 hour after. Thanks for the good job!

Sale process good sold our home in a matter of weeks. After sales required a bit to much chasing on our behalf and they were at times slow to respond. Doubt I would use again.

We just sold our house with Goodchilds and have also now rented with them while we search for a new house to buy. Can't fault them on anything. Our house was advertised so well that it sold on the first viewing for full asking price. The rental process was very straightforward and we really love the house. Nick and the team are friendly, always helpful and easy to get in touch with. Would highly recommend.

I'd like to give a shout-out to Ben Boden in particular for his kindness and efficiency. He arranged a viewing really quickly, and got back to us within 48 hours to offer us the rental! Chris was fab too. This is the 4th estate agents I've dealt with, and they are by far the best. I'd recommend them all day long! :⁠-⁠)

I have used Goodchilds a number of times and they never disappoint. The staff are friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble. They get a good price and are on the ball when it comes to getting the sale to fruition. I would definitely recommend this estate agents.

Having recently dealt with goodchilds I would 100% recommend. The service was second to none, always arrived 10 minutes before due but most of all if I had any queries it was just a quick call to the office and my queries were dealt with straight away. Fantastic service from a fantastic company.
