Terrible customer service, will use any excuse to withhold your deposit. Even trying to charge you for the electricity they use whilst showing new tenants around after final meter readings have been took. Vicky's answer - its your responsibility for the electric till your tenancy is up. INVENT REASONS TO KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT MONEY She has no respect for tenants who pay there rent on time DO NOT RENT FROM GOODCHILDS!!!

I have recently purchased a property which was marketed by Goodchilds. Compared to other agents I have been dealing with, Goodchilds are extremely proactive and followed up with me when queries arose during the conveyancing process and I would definitely sell my property through them or indeed purchase another property marketed by them. Highly recommended.

We used Goodchilds Lichfield to sell our flat, which sold within a matter of weeks of being advertised. Goodchilds were great at responding to questions and keeping us informed of the buyers status
