GoogleMy wife and I recently purchased a property through G&H and we couldn’t recommend them or our estate agent Michael Josephides highly enough Michael provided a friendly, professional and expert service. He was open, honest, transparent, very helpful and a great conduit between solicitors to get the deal done. The personal touch was also very welcome We couldn’t ask for any more and would definitely recommend Michael and G&H, you won’t regret it

GoogleWe were looking for an apartment and were a bit complicated. Gabriella Simmons dealt with our issues, then took us to see a few places. She quickly had a sense of what we were looking for after a brief discussion and showed us a great place which we have now rented. There were a few little kerfuffle's with the renter that she handled with aplomb. Also just very pleasant to work with. Highly recommended.

GoogleFor the past 5 years G&H have found tenants for our flat in Highgate. During that time there have been three tenancies. We have been most impressed by a member of staff of the Highgate branch that we have never met. Nara Nunes is the Office Administrator who ensures that all the certificates, documents and agreements are in place for the tenancies. She works to a very high professional standard while being helpful, patient and friendly. This time we will be using another agency and we’re very sad to not be working with Nara again. She is a gem.
