GoogleGoldschmidt & Howland are my go-to for all property matters and I’ve dealt with them for almost 20 years now. Having just sold my family home, they really surpassed themselves on this occasion. Not only did they negotiate a great price during a market downturn, but what really made the difference was the overall smooth and stress free transaction in the trusted hands of Ben Bridges at the Camden Town office.

GoogleWe contacted Jakub only a week after we moved from NYC and a week later we were at our new flat. Initially we were anxious about renting our first flat in the U.K. but Jakub explained very well every step of the way and found us a very beautiful flat. He was very friendly and professional and we would definitely recommend his services to any of our friends if they ever move to London.

GoogleI recently bought my first property in Camden. Daniel and I met when I rented a flat in London last year and I was already at that point impressed with how attentive he was to what I was looking for. No wasting of my time driving around London in a fancy Mini if you know what I mean. When I decided to grow up and buy my first flat I went back to see Daniel and here we are - 8 weeks after my first viewing I’m a proud owner of my lovely flat in the heart of Camden. I have nothing but good things to say about the Camden team: attentive, helpful, speedy, no nonsense agents. Highly recommended! Thank you Dan and Ben, much appreciated! Alex

GoogleIn general, they were nice people and pleasant to deal with. However, they lack professionalism and expertise. They made many mistakes when preparing the contract, scanned the wrong documents and the process took longer. It wasn’t really a problem, just bothersome. However, my biggest problem with them was their false advertisement. I’m currently renting a flat in Camden, through them. The first thing said to me when I visited the flat was how warm it gets in the winter and that this was its best quality. I was really keen on finding a warm apartment. Turns out, it was extremely badly insulated, the heating is poor and the windows are so old they increase heat loss. I’m having to wear 3 sweaters and 2 blankets in October. It’s so ridiculous I can’t even believe the lack of research. I’m truly disgusted and won’t ever turn to them for help again.

GoogleI have recently purchased a flat in Camden with the help and assistance of Mr. Amin Al-Hasimi and Tom Watkins at G &H. Throughout the process Amin was easily available, always contactable and a pleasure to work with until the sale was completed. As I live overseas, I was a little nervous at trying to arrange the property purchase from afar but Amin efficiently guided me through the whole process and we reached an agreed sales price with a minimum of fuss and stress. Tom Watkins handled the lettings side of the operation and the flat was rented within 2 weeks to a great tenant. At all times my questions were answered with a minimum of fuss and I would recommend Amin and Tom without hesitation as I can't fault their professionalism throughout the process and I would glad use their services again.

GoogleI've been using Goldschmidt & Howland for the last six years and they have always ,been friendly, efficient and come up with exactly the right property for me time and time again exceeding my expectations when other agents have fallen well short. Their after care service is second to none and they all go well beyond the call of duty hence I cannot recommend Jakub and the rest of the staff at G&H Maida Vale highly enough!
