GoogleSince letting our flat over a year ago, I have been nothing but let down by G&H's service. We are currently on day 4 with a broken toilet. We still have no ETA on a plumber coming out. Dear Mr Finch Gnehm We’re sorry to hear that you feel let down by our service. For your tenancy, the Landlord uses their own contractor to initially respond to maintenance issues. We note that this was arranged for yesterday evening where it was identified that a part and a plumber would be required, at which point we were given instructions from your Landlord to organise a contractor. We understand this was organised with you last night for a visit this morning at 8am, where the repair was carried out. Should you have any questions or wish to discuss anything further please feel free to contact us directly.

FacebookI rent a property with Goldschmidt & Howland and I’m having such a bad experience I have had little or no hot water for six weeks and my boiler is 11 years old I’m told by the very nice man Sam they send to fix it Please Goldschmidt & Howland replace my boiler I hate cold showers Thank you

GoogleWe contacted Jakub only a week after we moved from NYC and a week later we were at our new flat. Initially we were anxious about renting our first flat in the U.K. but Jakub explained very well every step of the way and found us a very beautiful flat. He was very friendly and professional and we would definitely recommend his services to any of our friends if they ever move to London.
