Issue still not resolved another promise not completed

Reported earlier that more than 2 yrs ago estate finished and roads/ pavement not finished. Estate still a bomb site to drive around raised manholes. Promised answer but still waiting Same every time contact themAvoid Gleeson homesNow only option report Gleeson to NHBCBirch Green estate. Plot 52Now near end of May 24 and no surprises road and pathways still not doneGleeson you must be the worst builder ever and never deliver your promises

Brilliant Squirrel Fold

We have had a really lovely experience from start to finish. The Sales staff Jon, Claire and Louise have been very helpful throughout and nothing has been too much trouble for the Site Manager Matt. Even on moving in day was really smooth and well organised. Can't fault the whole process would definitely recommend to others Thankyou

Shambles

I have been in my property for nearly 18 months and have raised a number of concerns with the site manager. One issue has still not been rectified since moving in after being promised on a number of occasions by Neil (site manager). Absolute Shambles.

We’ve had a great experience with…

We’ve had a great experience with Gleeson! Very minimal issues with our first home at Sutton Heights, and any issues we did notice were already picked up on by Ian, the site manager, who seems to take real pride in the homes which is lovely. Richaella and Sean have been very helpful as well throughout the buying process. Can’t complain at all!

Moorside Place, Carlisle

The sales executive we dealt with, Naomi Bell - couldn’t fault her. Although we did not end up purchasing from Gleeson, the process of viewing the show home and discussing our options was very smooth, down to her attentiveness and communication. Only reason this isn’t 5*is because we didn’t go through with the property, so can’t speak for that aspect. Other than that, great all round!

Sutton Heights Development

Recently moved into the Sutton Heights development. All the way through Richaella has kept me up to date on every little thing happening and helped with all the questions I had, which was even more helpful as I hadn't bought a new build before so didn't know the process, but she made everything easy.

Excellent in all ways - Rhodes Point, Worksop

From the very beginning to the day we completed, Susan and Shelley provided us with an excellence and professional trustworthy experience. Middlestone Meadows

We’ve recently bought a house at Middlestone Meadows and have had a first-class service from Jackie in the sales office and Dave, the site manager. Jackie kept us updated throughout the building process and was very quick to respond to any queries we had. We were made to feel very welcome and we are loving our new home.

Just in the process of buying a new home with Gleeson at culluna grange, have been dealing with Emma and have to say she’s been brilliant and has made the process less daunting and anything that is within her power gets sorted, have spoken to others on the site who are very happy and said anything that wasn’t quite as it should had been sorted no problem , feel I’m in very safe hands and just can’t wait to move in 👌
