Made an appointment on the 22nd of May for 23rd of May at 10am. During the call I emphesized that I live in London so that making an appointment is preferable so that I don't waste my time. Few minutes after the call I receieved the appointment confirmation from Alyson. Next day I arrive after a 5 hour drive 15 minutes before the appointment. The sales office was still closed. I thought makes sense it opens at 10am on that day. I then wait and wait. I look at my watch and its already 5 minutes past 10 and the sales office is still closed. I decided to wait untill 10:10am and still no one showed up. I then tried calling the number but no one picked up. After waiting for around 15 minutes I decided to give up and to drive to the next development. Best thing yet is that I receive an email at 7:50pm on the 23rd from Yvonne: "Bracks Farm was closed today, sorry if my colleague made an appointment. As I was on another site." Thankfully, I had other meetings scheduled that day, and another development Middlestone Meadows, unlike yours, honored the appointment we made. Their professionalism stood in stark contrast to my experience with Bracks Farm, and I’m happy to say I’ve now purchased a home through them. I had a genuine interest in your development and made the effort to travel specifically for that appointment. It’s unfortunate that such a simple failure in communication meant a wasted journey for me and a lost sale for you. For anyone interested in visting this development triple check its going to be open.

We are absolutely over the moon with our Gleeson home on Bracks Farm. Could not fault the team on here, always happy to help and answer any questions we have. Our sales exec John has been amazing to deal with, so friendly and helpful along our way to buying our first home. The site manager Garry has been amazing too, personable and knowledgeable. Thank you to all of the team, we really are chuffed and after 7 weeks in our home happy with our purchase ☺️

Can someone come and sort this out (some drainage) it is outside 109 Bradford drive it gets worse which more rain and the road isn’t completed but Gleason manager said it was going to be done and n 2 months that was January and it’s now going into June
