Google33 YEARS SINCE OUR LAST MOVE - THANKS GIBBS GILLESPIE FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE! After 33 years in the same home, moving house was a daunting prospect. However, from the outset it was clear that we were in very capable hands, with all at GG working together as a team. This meant that everyone was always up to date on progress and current status. Throughout, and without exception, everyone was friendly, helpful and totally customer focused. With so much experience of the local market, sound advice and guidance was provided during the initial marketing stage, and juggling the many viewings over a short space of time was handled very successfully. Also having formed an excellent working relationship with local solicitors, GG was able to provide initial recommendations and to help coordinate and smooth the flow of the whole legal process e.g. thanks to the goodwill of all involved, exchange of contracts actually took place “after hours” and in the run-up to Xmas when it would have been easier to have just put things on hold until the new year. While undoubtedly a team effort, Sales Director Sam Robbins merits particular acknowledgement. His perseverance, resourcefulness, good humour, determination to get the job done, ability to calm and diffuse even the most stressful situations, and total commitment to absolute customer satisfaction is both exceptional and exemplary. Truly the stuff from which super heroes and legends are made! Our grateful thanks to all at GG for everything they have done to ensure a successful and very satisfactory outcome.

GoogleIt is with great pleasure I write this review. It's no secret that the process of selling and buying a house can be pretty stressful to say the least!! I can honestly say that having decided to go with Gibbs Gillespie in Ruislip to sell our house was the best decision we made. Daniel McGowran helped us to find and advised us on a quality buyer in no time at all, achieving over the price we really wanted! We were then assigned to Dom for the smooth process of the final selling to exchange of contracts etc. Again, the service has been incredible and a direct contrast to the estate agents of the people we were buying from (they have been rubbish!!). If Dom at Gibbs Gillespie said he was going to get back to you in five minutes with an answer, he did! If we had any concerns or questions he couldn't answer right there and then, he would get you an answer right away and contact you!....gold dust as far as we were concerned as my wife and I both work weird and wonderful hours and we can be hard to get hold of at times. GoogleSince Gibbs Gillespie pretend they value my opinion and encourage me to write a review, here it is: I would have been happier if Gibbs valued me as a client during the renting process. Although their services are quite expensive, the services are not matching the expectations. They kept passing around or ignoring all the problems I notified them about. Contacting them doesn't solve anything. Disappointing.

Even though they were the sellers agents all the people i dealt with at Gibbs Gillespie were thoroughly professional with us as a buyer and at all times kept our best interests in mind. Particularly, Charlie and Dominic were brilliant, very supportive and prompt in responding to our calls and queries. GoogleI have recently purchased a property on the market with Gibbs Gillespie Ruislip through Dan and his team. Dan was really easy to deal with and managed the process without fault. Despite a few hurdles out of Gibbs' control, he was super pro-active in making the sale happen despite my extremely tight time constraint. It was a pleasure to deal with him and nice not to constantly chase as he was always a step ahead, for example chasing solicitors and trying to expedite the process. Thanks a lot for making this much less stressful than it could of been!

GoogleThroughout the nine months of our dealing with Gibbs Gillespie in Ruislip, my wife and I have been impressed by the enthusiastic, committed and friendly staff. They were the agents for both our sale and our purchase and they spent time getting to know what we were looking for. We weren't sent to view any unsuitable properties. Viewing times for our prospective buyers and also times for us to view were arranged to suit our needs. Dominic's experience and his understanding of our wants and needs shone through the sale of our property. He understood its key features and potential, and secured several offers which led to the final transaction. During the final stages of the sale and purchase Dominic went "above and beyond" by making numerous calls to the buyer, the vendor and both solicitors in order to keep things moving to our timeline.
