Our agent, Jamie, provided a friendly and professional service. We felt safe and reassured throughout the entire process. He was an excellent communicator, pro-active in his approach and up front with the details. After having found the house we wanted to buy, we had a tight deadline to work to. We weren’t sure if it was the best idea to sell during December but Jamie assured us we’d be in control throughout the entire process. He stayed in constant contact with the agents to keep them posted on viewings and to make sure we didn’t lose out on the property. He maintained this line of communication all the way until the end. The most stand out part of my experience with Gibbs Gillespie was that Jamie was highly pro-active in resolving any queries I had. He would contact the agents we were buying from, our buyers, our buyers solicitors, and our solicitors. It meant I only really needed to contact him directly to get an overview of where we were at in the process. A final point worth mentioning is that all my calls and emails were replied to. This fit perfectly with a busy schedule and meant I could resolve queries during the working day.

I was very impressed with the whole team at ruislip manor during the complete process in selling my home. During a difficult period which included the Brexit vote, US elections then the usual down time for Xmas and new year, the team outperformed my expectations. I was informed of every possible change, kept completely in the picture during my sale and was very impressed. I particularly have a need for responsiveness and they were amazing. Very big Thank you to Lucy for our near purchase of my first house. She is a pleasure to deal and very can do, hands on attitude. I had cancel my appointment time at short notice and she managed to reschedule appropriately at my request. My wife then went to view the property 2 days later and again Lucy went out of her way to arrange an appointment when it was convenient for us. Most agents I have dealt with give you a set time and you either take it or leave. Without Lucy's enthusiastic , quick and excellent approach to matters things could have dragged on and on but are the complete opposite. Decided to sell our property with Gibbs as a result of my initial interactions with Jamie, the sales manager, who had a really refreshing approach and was more than happy to answer the numerous queries I had during the early stages of the transaction. We are very glad we did, having received excellent service from then on from the whole team at Ruislip Manor. We haven't felt any of the stereotypical frustrations, under pressure at any stage, and have always been responded to in a professional and timely manner.
