I genuinely cannot believe how poor the customer service was. I only had the misfortune of speaking to Annalise Robinson twice, and both interactions were completely unacceptable. I contacted the branch to enquire about a property, to which i was called by Annalise, where she asked me a series of questions, including proof of income. She needed to clarify some details with her team as she didn't know the answer, and said she would call me back. She never did. After waiting, I emailed for an update and was simply told to call her back. When I called her this morning, instead of providing the information she'd promised to find, she immediately interrupted me and asked whether I had found the proof of funds required. It was baffling. She was the one who had agreed to find the information. I also said i had been awaiting a response to which she bluntly told me 'i emailed and asked you to call me'. When I tried to remind her of the conversation, she spoke over me, cut me off mid-sentence, and put me on hold. I've never experienced someone in a sales or customer service role who seemed so disinterested in helping a prospective customer. The attitude was dismissive, rude, and completely lacking in professionalism. If this is how potential buyers or tenants are treated before they've even viewed a property, I'd hate to think how existing clients are treated. The only positive part of my experience was the gentleman I spoke to after calling back. He apologised for the way I had been treated and immediately took over my enquiry, which only highlighted how unacceptable the previous interaction had been. I've dealt with countless estate agents over the past few weeks while searching for a property, and this is, without question, the worst customer service I've encountered. A basic enquiry turned into an unnecessarily frustrating experience because one member of staff couldn't be bothered to do what they said they would. I certainly wouldn't recommend this branch based on my experience.
