Moving houses isn't a very easy thing and when it is moving countries and finding a house to live in isn't easy at all. We have been trying to search on the popular sites for houses. It is then we got introduced to Ankit at Gibbs and Gillespie. Ankit is a brilliant warm guy to work with. He quickly understood our requirements advised on revising some of them and then started to share relevant properties. It is not that we already found the house but the line up he has done for the next week or so gives me the confidence that we will find the our home. Have been talking to many agents across organisations here in UK for the house and clearly Ankit stands up as a comprehensive package. He has the right outlook, the warmth to connect and understand the requirements, the patience to work with us and the diligence to follow through and close things for us. In all a great experience to work with Ankit and Gibbs and Gillespie. Thank you for being there for us when we needed the most.

Kelly - Pinner Lettings Office Kelly at the Pinner Lettings Office was brilliant from the very first contact and right until the tenancy contract was concluded and signed. In fact, she has gone out of her way to ensure that I was kept updated on the progress of my offer, ensuring that she answered even the most trivial questions I had, as well as making sure that she followed up on everything. I cannot express my gratitude to Kelly for all her helps and professionalism; and I would highly recommend going to see her at the Pinner Lettings Office, and Gibbs and Gillespie in general. Divina (Property Manager for my flat) Divina's professionalism was evident from the off, when she called me to introduce herself, and dealt with issues in the flat. Nothing but a smooth journey with Gibbs Gillespie which heavily contrasts the experience I had when I first moved out earlier in the year through a different company. Danielle and Joseph made it super easy for my fiancé and I to move out and start our journey together at such short notice. Should also be noted that Danielle is the individual I dealt with the most and is one of the most supportive people I’ve come across and would hope she gets her merits in such a demanding job. Joseph was great in showing us the flat and getting our feet in the door with an offer almost immediately. We will definitely be using this lettings company again when we move again in a few years.

James listened to every concern that we had, every request and accepted that I would not allow viewings whilst I was shielding. Nice experience! I would definitely recommend Gibbs Gillespie. Everything was really fast and easy when coming to papers and the communication was really good. When finishing the contract we encounter a little issue with the landlord who wasn’t much willing to give us back £700- the residual rent, but Ellie Spencer was really helpful and got us back the money. I saw a property to let on Rightmove and sent an email to Gibbs Gillespie in order to arrange a virtual viewing, as both me and my partner are vulnerable to Covid 19. Stefan Sturge replied to my email very fast and he was very eager to help. We booked a virtual viewing for the next day. Stefan was punctual, friendly, very helpful and very professional throughout the whole process and these are qualities that unfortunately are not very common among lettings agents.
