But I had a horrible experience with a lady who picked up my call and literally shouted at me - just because I wanted to amend a viewing. When I asked for speak to the agent who was coordinating to show the property she outrightly refused to let me speak to him - saying she has full authority. This spoils the customer experience and makes it a harrowing process.
