GoogleGibbs Gillespie were chosen from 3 local agents to handle the sale of a family house.They were appointed in March and after one false start an offer was accepted on 19th May and sale completed on 21st July. I was extremely impressed with the Ruislip Manor office and in particular with the Sales and Marketing manager,George Callaghan.We were kept informed about viewings and the process in establishing a sensible offer. We accepted slightly less than the guide price to secure the right purchaser and we were happy to accept Georges recommendation. All in all a very professional and efficient service which I would have no hesitation in recommending to my friends,colleagues and family. John wythe.

GoogleWe contacted Gibbs Gillespie on 2nd April following a protracted and deteriorating experience with our existing buyer where time was rapidly running out as we were buying a new build which had its own time restrictions. Steve Ryan from Ruislip Manor office visited us and we were immediately impressed by his attention to detail and his understanding of the requirements of our situation. After his valuation Steve arranged for his team to visit our home to ensure each member was familiar with the property they were selling. We were very impressed with everyone’s friendliness and professionalism. All of their potential buyers who viewed our home had already been prepared with our situation and were in a position to react accordingly. Within four weeks our ideal couple viewed our home and we were happy to accept their offer of the full asking price. Following this, Steve and his team continued to give full back up ensuring our sale was kept on track at all times. We would definitely recommend Steve Ryan and his team at the Ruislip Manor branch of Gibbs Gillespie.

GoogleThis estate agent is not worth it if you don't put a property up with them they won't bother to put an offer forward for a purchase or help. They so desperate for my property to which I went with the best and made a lot of profit. Improve ur marketing.

GoogleWell I have finally sold my house in Ruislip thanks to Stephen Ryan and his team at Gibbs Gillespie Ruislip Manor. I had tried two other agents and the first of those found me three separate buyers. Unfortunately 2 were not vetted properly and I had to pull the plug. Sandwiched between was a genuine buyer who simply had second thoughts after bringing her Mum to take a look. Then I tried another agent who could not find any interested parties at all. In frustration I turned back to Gibbs Gillespie through whom we had originally purchased the house in 2006. No fuss and hiding his obvious disappointment to have been 3rd Choice, Stephen signed me up at favourable terms, arranged an open day or two and despite some hick ups, had my house sold in what now seems no time at all. Stephen and all his staff all handled my calls and emails promptly and with professionalism and courtesy. In hindsight, I should have gone with Gibbs Gillespie from the outset as they have once again proven why they are known as the best Estate Agents in the area. I won't make the same mistake again and urge any prospective seller to think hard before looking beyond Gibbs Gillespie. Paul Seaton Gardens

Google5 Stars for Samantha Coleman ( Finance) Just wanted to say a huge "Thank you" for the outstanding service that Samantha Coleman provides. In the last 3 years, Sam has looked after my accounts and has been nothing short of brilliant! She is everything that you would want of someone in this role - competent, thorough, organised and efficient. However, it is not just her attention to detail which I appreciate, but the very personal touch that Sam extends. For someone like myself, whose financial literacy is not up to par, Sam has the 'patience of a saint.' She has gone to great lengths to guide me through, and explain any financial concerns and queries that I have brought to her attention. She does so, with great understanding and enthusiasm. Not once, have I ever felt that I was being an inconvenience or just another 'To Do' on her list which needed to be ticked off. She is, in every sense of the word, a true 'Professional' So, 'Thank You' Sam for the high standards of service that you deliver, but mostly for your emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills which set you apart from the rest!

GoogleExtremelly poor....inspte of clearly expressing and detailing a need to move in a day earlier, i was only given false promises of trying to get it done....on the day of movement, i had to wait outside the house for an hour in the rain with my wife and 2 kids while all i got from them was " go get a coffee, it is delayed",,,even on explaining that my kids were standing in the freezing rain with no shelter around, the response i got was "nothing we can do, just hand around" even though they had the keys and basic courtesy would have someone quickly come over and atleast let us stand inside. Even after 3 days of moving in, noone has bothered to come and explain the various things in the house...getting any little thing done is a struggle with false/vague commitments given. I would definitely advise against using this agency..on the flip side, another agency who lost my business was still courteous enough to call me to check how everything is going in my new house and also gave me some info on the surrounding places (agency:Foxton). STAY AWAY from Gibbs-Gillespie

I was assigned to George who gave me the reassurance & confidence that the property would be sold. George worked with me every step of the way ensuring that he kept me informed with how things were going. He had a very good work ethic and was very diligent and helpful. He often went the extra mile to help. Nothing ever seem too much for him to do. I have now successfully sold the property thanks to George and the team.
