GoogleRuislip office has appaling customer service. Never return calls or emails. Told blatant lies by sales staff. Manager refused to speak to me when I asked to complain so I commented on the unprofessional attitude on their Twitter account only to be blocked ! Avoid !!

GoogleIn the new age of buying a house with the dominance of rightmove and purplebricks, why would you go to an estate agent or so I thought. Personable professional with the list of contacts to facilitate all parts of the buying process, Gibbs Gillespie really do set the standard for others in the industry to follow. GoogleI can write an essay on how positive my experience has been with Gibbs Gillespie. But, lets keep it nice and simple. I've been looking for a 1 bed apartment for months on end and, EBRAHIM AL-MUFTI has been absolutely incredible. He's made this whole experience one to remember (in a very positive way). Constantly available, super patient and was SO helpful. It was almost like he was looking for the place himself. And, it was exactly that. The fact that he could relate and have empathy towards the stress and pressure that comes with the process. Gibbs Gillespie are an award winning estate and lettings agency, the team are fab, the service is second to none and, it was great to be involved with such a supportive and professional team during this milestone of my life. Don't think twice, go to them!

GoogleOn several occasions we have had to ask for advice regarding our property. I can only say that the professionalism and courtesy that has been afforded us is more than I would have expected. The manager, Sam, has been frank and helpful in his assessment of what we might do to improve the sale-ability of our fairly unusual property. It has been a pleasure dealing with him and his staff. When the time comes to put the property on the market we would not hesitate in contacting the Ruislip office again. Thank you for all your help
