GoogleWe have been using Gibbs Gillespie’s full management service for our property in Pinner for many years and have established a good relationship with many of the staff members who assisted us in looking after our property. While the quality of service and advice received may vary somewhat from one staff member to another, depending on the individual staff’s experience, attitude etc, we are, in general, satisfied with the overall trustworthiness, professionalism and services provided by Gibbs Gillespie Pinner Office. It is precisely for these reasons that we will continue to use Gibbs Gillespie’s full management service, since the day we set foot in Gibbs Gillespie Office back in 1995. Come to think of it, it was, indeed, a wise decision for us to pick Gibbs Gillespie as our Estate Agent, and not someone else! AH & BH Siew June 8, 2020 Review As previously mentioned in our last review, our property in Pinner has been under Gibb’s Gillespie full management service since 1995. During this period of time, we have personally come across and get to know quite a few of the staff members from Lettings, Accounts and Property Maintenance who helped to manage and looked after the property for us. Although it is fair to say that the quality of service we received may vary from one person to another, depending on the individual staff member’s attitude, experience and communication skills, we are thankful for the services and the professional advice given to us. This is particularly crucial and challenging during a difficult time such as COVID-19 pandemic or in a situation when the quality of tenants is not as good as you have expected or hoped for. Looking back over the years, however, we are pleased in a way that we picked Gibbs-Gillespie (Pinner Office) as the property agent to look after the property for us! To be able to stay with the same property agent for some 25 years or so up-to-now, it speaks well for the choice we made and the ‘partnership’ it has created, and this is definitely ‘something’ which is hard to beat! GoogleI've been letting using the Gibbs Gillespie full management service for the last 18 years, I'm more than happy with the services they provide and would recommend them to any prospective landlord. As I work overseas it's re-assuring that maintenance issues are addressed quickly and to a high standard and financial services are excellent with clear statements itemising all transactions. In particular a big thanks to Katie Deacon who took the trouble to reproduce my annual statements in Australian tax years, saving me a heap of work when time to render unto Ceaser...

GoogleI wouild like to thank OIiver and his team for a great end to end experience. The Gibbs team took most of the hassle (where possible) out of the Sales process. This included managing my expectations along the way, with regular weekly updates of the overall progress and status. The commision rates were competitive, along with using the associated solicitors made life easy. I would highly recommned using Gibbs in Ruilsip Manor.

GoogleOn the point of completing the sale of our home in Ruislip. We chose 3 local agents to quote for the sale and Gibbs Gillespie was the only agent that contacted us. From the very start Lucy Attwood the Sales Manager contacted us, visited us and was completely open and forthcoming about the sale. Our property was a little bit niche, but Gibbs Gillespie found us the right buyer and at the full asking price! Throughout out the whole process from Lucy, Jordon, Oliver Danielle and the others we have had great service. My wife and I would have no hesitation in recommending Gibbs Gillespie Ruislip Manor to anyone thinking of moving. The whole office deserves a Christmas bonus.

GoogleWe sold and purchased properties with Gibbs Gillespie and both branches were great at communication and having our best interests throughout the process. Especially at the Ruislip branch Charlotte Hood gave amazing customer service, overall made the whole process and transaction smooth and as stress free as possible, couldn’t recommend her enough as the property aftercare advisor to see the process go to completion, she was brilliant.

GoogleI had to sell a property in difficult circumstances, as executor of a will, and I do not live locally to the property. Gibbs Gillespie demonstrated a detailed knowledge of the local market, and took care of all viewings. They achieved a large number of viewings over the first few weeks - much more sustained than an initial burst which is all some agents can manage. They obtained feedback from nearly all the viewers, and it became clear from that feedback that the property genuinely was overpriced (it was smaller than many nearby properties and did require substantial work). Gibbs Gillespie advised in terms of a price reduction, after which the property was sold at close to the revised price. I was pleased that I was kept informed throughout, and felt that the team was very professional.

GoogleJust bought a house with these guys and I've got to say, the service received from start to finish has been exceptional. From the moment we contacted them, about viewing a different house to the one we ended up buying, they've been super helpful. Initially Tony helped to recommend the property as it was similar to another we'd viewed with them, and the visit itself was a great experience. After we had the offer accepted, working with Danielle has been fantastic. Even though I understand the seller is technically their client, she was in regular contact and helped ensure we were fully aware of the situation. She offered expert advice on our situation too and nothing seemed too much - would definitely recommend these guys and I'm sure if we do sell at some point in the future, they'd be the first call we make!!
