My partner and I purchased our first dream home last week and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent than Gibbs. The staff are really friendly which made the process a pleasant one. Throughout the whole process, from when we started the viewings right through to completion, they have been extremely helpful and professional. Oliver was proactive in keeping us in the loop between us making the offer right through to the end. I found this extremely useful as I was able to plan appropriately for the move. This is a good reflection of how much they value their customers. There was a point where my solicitor had forgotten to raise a material query with the seller’s solicitor. This could have delayed the exchange date significantly but Oliver was able to resolve this within 2 days, by keeping both sides up to date. I appreciated his support in resolving that query- this is important when making large purchases as such. Additionally, Oliver would make himself available for queries regardless of how busy the branch was due to the stamp duty holiday. This demonstrates the high quality of customer service you would be getting when purchasing/selling through Gibbs.

So I am trying to help Arab families with paper work and language barrier to rent a house around RUSLIP and we came across this agents unfortunately. We view a house in South Ruislip a month ago and it was for 2 brothers with good income. They refused because they wanted a family . So I found another family wife and husband to view the house and they didn’t even called them Then another family contacted them directly a family husband and wife with 2 small children and the same declined , this time because the wife doesn’t work. I am just saying , if anyone had the same issue with this agents come forward. No one should be allowed to treat people like that just because they are all Arabs

As far as estate agents go, I have had a decent experience with this estate agent. Tom Halt who was running our sale was very good, importantly responsive, answering emails promptly and genuinly good at what he does. The whole process took almost five months with plenty of setbacks so fair play to Tom and his team for pushing the deal over the line, we are now exchanged and looking forward to completion.
