I purchased a house with Gibbs and must say the whole experience was flawless. Stephen Brick who initially showed us the house, was so passionate and helpful. I was really excited by the house and he echoed that excitement which really felt genuine and I knew we were in good hands. There after I dealt with Sam Robbins, who despite being busy, always kept me calm, updated and responded back to any of my communications. We used Gibbs Gillespie as the sole agents to sell our property. We initially dealt with Oliver Squires for the valuation. Once this was completed we signed up to them so they could market our property. Throughout the whole process of marketing, viewings etc etc Oliver and his staff have shown utter professionalism at all times whilst also supporting us due to the ongoing issues we had finding a property in southern England. I must Thank Elaine who has been so wonderful in communicating with us throughout the process and handling the Sale. I equally feel so humbled towards Sam who tried his very best for things to fall in place for availing my HTB ISA Bonus with the price being bracketed within the cap. I have no words to thank Sinead who accompanied in my multiple visits to the Property. Above all I was so delighted to receive 2 bags full of Waitrose goodies upon receiving my Keys. I want to emphasise that Stefan of the Pinner Gibbs office gets ALL THE STARS. In fact, the front office staff are all lovely but Stefan, wins hands down. I'm a single parent and the Corona Virus Pandemic has seriously impacted my financial situation forcing us to move. Stefan really understood what I needed in a home and at the end of the day found me an incredible flat for a really good price. Of all the estate agents I've worked with in the last 4 years, he is an incredible listener and knows how to give empathy while also managing expectations graciously. He responds to messages quickly and follows up, even when the task isn't directly his responsibility. It's clear that he wants to do well, and he does! The 4 stars is for my experience with Gibbs Gillespie overall. Once Stefan handed me over to the back office to handle the logistics, things became incredibly stressful. I felt like more could have been done on GG's side to make the process more seamless and that was disappointing. This is my second let with GG and I will definitely go back to them again when the market self corrects and I am able to move back into a bigger space.

I was utterly disappointed with this state agent! I can’t speak for all the branches but for the Ruislip manor branch, very poor quality service especially with the Manager Tom ! spreading fake information on the market which was misleading, they doesn’t deserve the company title.
