Luca has been brilliant once we had a buyer. He has been pushing every step of the way with a particularly difficult remote solicitor that wasn’t ever prompt to respond. He phoned me several times a week with updates of where we were, even if it was a case of still waiting, he kept me informed at all times throughout the sale. He was always bright and cheery on the phone which made the quite stressful situation a lot less so! Thank you Luca.

GoogleShockingly poor agent to use if you are a landlord. Multiple people manage different aspects of the property. There is no internal communication. The staff don't read inspection reports nor inform the landlord of issues. They have no clue of services that I pay for (eg Homecare) and then try to flog exorbitantly expensive services of their partners. They are an absolute disgrace of a company and will be dumping them the moment my tenant leaves.
