GoogleAs first time buyers looking for our first home Gibbs Gillespie exceeded all expectations throughout the whole process. From viewing the property for the first time, all the way through the legal process to completion, we were made to feel comfortable, informed and as stress free as possible. Matthew Barseghian is a seasoned property expert who works for both his clients and potential buyers with the upmost professional attitude. I’ve never come across someone so hard working and dedicated in any area of service. At all times we felt as if our best interests were at heart, whilst Matt was communicating honestly and diplomatically between buyer and seller. Luca Beltrami ensured the whole legal and buying process was taken care of, we barely had to lift a finger and if something needing chasing, updating or in any way doing, Luca was on hand to act and advise and got it spot on every time. Thank you to Matt, Luca and the whole GG Ruislip team for making a stressful experience a pleasurable event. Five stars isn’t enough. All the best for the future guys

GoogleWe purchased a property through Gibbs Gillespie Ruislip through the assistance of Luca Beltrami. Luca was great at keeping us updated throughout the process, when we ran into several issues (through no fault of Gibbs) towards the exchange date Luca did everything he could to keep the sale progressing. Having someone in regular contact was ideal for us and we would recommend Gibbs in Ruislip in future.

GoogleRecently sold our mums house through Gibbs Gillespie. Despite a downturn in the market they supplied viewers every week culminating in a reduced but realistic sale. We used solicitors Bindman and Co because of their recommendation. Everything went well, sale to completion in 2 months. Special thanks to Lucy for the sale. Danielle for the management post sale to completion. Meraj at Bindmans for his efficiency and thoroughness. Also, I believe Ian for very professional house clearance. Contact with everyone was amazing, almost instant in nearly all cases. Cannot praise the team enough.

GoogleNothing but a smooth journey with Gibbs Gillespie which heavily contrasts the experience I had when I first moved out earlier in the year through a different company. Danielle and Joseph made it super easy for my fiancé and I to move out and start our journey together at such short notice. Should also be noted that Danielle is the individual I dealt with the most and is one of the most supportive people I’ve come across and would hope she gets her merits in such a demanding job. Joseph was great in showing us the flat and getting our feet in the door with an offer almost immediately. We will definitely be using this lettings company again when we move again in a few years.
