After seeing the property we liked and offered on, we were put in touch with Luca from the sales team. He managed the whole process hereonwrds. I have to say, from the beginning, the whole experience and way of working was clear, and it was handled with relative ease. Lauren and Matthew were very helpful with our first interest and taking us through to the offer stage of the process. Having Luca as our move manager took the stress right out of the whole process.
