GoogleDuring our recent purchase through Gibbs-Gillespie we were assigned Luca Beltrami. From the off Luca set out very clearly what was needed from us and the expected timeframe. Luca stood out from all other contacts in the chain, including our own estate agent, with his truly excellent communication throughout the process. He pushed for progress with all parties and was open and honest about the status of the chain. Come exchange and completion the initial timeframe was spot on. Though we’re not planning to sell anytime soon I’d strongly recommend Gibbs-Gillespie on the basis of our experience and would look to them in the future.

GoogleLocal agent George was brilliant, knowledgable and responsive. Sales progression a bit hit and miss - didn't always get up to speed before calling and very informal in greetings which grated a bit when helping with a major sale for us.

GoogleWe were dealing with Sam and Opinder at the Ruislip branch. Good advice from Sam, the branch manager who was very knowledgeable and offered good advice on how to get the most interest in our property. His team, including Opinder kept us updated with regular calls and emails regarding viewings and feedback and always tried to work viewings in with our timings. Thank you for your help. GoogleMy moving home process was dealt by Joe Fermoy, he is a very good representative of Gibbs Gillespie which has a good reputation within itself. He helped assist through all stages of the process from arranging viewings to courtesy calls making sure everything is okay after moving and throughout the stages he goes the extra mile to make sure things are going in the right direction. I would highly recommend Joe as a representative and Gibbs Gillespie as a high quality and caring estate agent. I will definitely be referring to them when it's time for me to move home again.
