Luca Beltrami came to our rescue The poor quality (online ones, don't ever use them) solicitors on both sides were painfully slow (there were only two parties in this transaction, first time buyer and no upward chain, 7 months!!!) causing stress and anxiety for both buyer and seller, the sale was on the verge of collapse thanks to their unprofessional dithering. had it not been for Luca stepping in and chasing the two solicitors we all would have lost out. Luca was very friendly and supportive, well done.
