I have been living here for over a year now and I can honestly say it is such a great place to live, from the area to the management and the local facilities around me. I have never had a problem that hasn't been resolved, the management team at the office have always been extremely helpful, but most of all I am always greeted with a smile, kindness and th helpful concierge in my building at Insignia Point. The vibe and environment are lovely in EV and that's why I choose to rent a flat here. It was very pleasing to contact the leasing associate Mr Dave and he is responsive. When it came to the lease process, Natacha Dibaud took after our case. However, we never got her response for a month until I sent many emails every week. Now it's three days before our move-in date, and she still doesn't send us the lease contract, not to mention the rent payment. And it is supposed to pay the rent and deposit three days before the rent start date. I keep calling the office every two days, but there is no substantial progress. We will have no place to live if we don't complete the process before our move-in date. That is really urgent for us and makes me feel anxious. I hope Natacha or other colleagues can pay attention to our case and assist us as soon as possible. I am still expecting my new home in EV, but the experience is literally unpleasant. I wish my contract could be ready ASAP and all the process could be done smoothly.

I've lived here for just over a year and it's easy to take renting here for granted because it's pretty darn painless - in fact I didn't really realise how painless it was until I ventured out into the private landlord/agent market and realised how much more unpredictable and inconsistent it can be. Luckily I managed to pivot on my plans, and with the help of Claire Oki narrowly avoided being somewhat homeless, she made the process of renting a larger 2 bedroom apartment in the same building as I had been in very painless, making sure that the configuration etc was right for me and my family - and also went out of her way to help make sure that the transition between apartments went as smoothly and stress-free as possible. I'm looking forward to another year or more of pain-free renting :)

We're a couple in the process of moving to UK from overseas and are about to rent our first-ever apartment in London. We were looking for a pet-friendly apartment as we're moving with 2 cats. Been chasing for multiple days with multiple phone calls to schedule a viewing, arrogant agent on the phone has had some sort of prejudice against me after I said I'm self employed, and said I would need to fill out a referencing form over before they 'would even consider getting me a viewing'. And ended up asking questions about my income, when I replied with 6 figures he gave me the impression that he thought I was lying. Very disrespectful approach, you don't make people feel they're not good enough to rent a property, especially when they make x20 the rent each month. Extremely poor choice of words. Great way to lose a client. Not the service you provide to people when you want them to move into your apartments, I've got a high rental budget but I'll take my money and requirements elsewhere.
