Absolutely fantastic service today from Ryan. Reported my dishwasher as being broken yesterday and he came first thing this morning and fully replaced it with a brand new machine! This is the reason I love get living, fantastic response time, top quality service and great staff. We lived in the East village for about a year in insignia point. The apartment was very well maintained and spacious for a 2 bedroom. The furniture was nice too. The East village is a lovely area with parks everywhere and the convenience of the mall. Claire was very informative and efficient in setting up our lease and during our stay Dominic was very helpful in getting our queries every now and then answered quickly

My husband and I have a few friends that live in the East Village area, and they recommended Get Living to us when we started looking for our first apartment in London. Get Living did not disappoint! To begin, Maria Botella showed us some great living spaces and was really knowledgeable about the East Village area and about the perks of each building she showed us. Maria took the time to really understand what we were looking for, so as a result, we were able to choose the apartment that was right for us after just 3 showings. Continuing our great experience, Maria handed us off to Chantal Snoad who was there for us through the whole application process. Chantal's communication was quick and comprehensive as well as consistent; we knew what was happening at every stage of the process. I am new to the UK and had never rented here before, so I appreciated having someone like Chantal guide us through the application process; she made it a great, stress-free experience right up to the moment they hand us the keys. Just wanted to share our experience of living in the area. We had a wonderful 3 year stay in one of the GetLiving buildings - Laurel Point. It was a 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment. The furnishings were exceptional, everything was from BoConcept which is a high end furniture shop. I would say it was an Energy efficient building as our energy bills were at a reasonable amount even after prices increased. The area itself is very convenient to live in. There is a huge shopping mall just "outside your doors", very good commute to all possible locations. For families it is very child friendly area, there are numerous playgrounds around. Special thanks to the management team! They were very responsive to every our need and did their best to make our stay most comfortable. Get living are great landlords, finest apartments and luxury furniture. I live in the new Skylark Point building which as very comfy and boast amazing communal areas. Our Relationship Manager Sonia Andrisani has a super positive attitude, she followed up all my requests with speed and professionalism. She is always ahead of us in making sure everything is fixed on time and that we lived comfortably. She even sent me an electric heater when our heating system was being maintained so as to be sure we stay warm. Thank you Sonia, and thank you Get Living.

We’ve had the best experience at East Village for the last 18 months. We moved back to the UK and found the entire process smooth and simple. The quality of apartments, furnishings and service has been faultless and the location was perfect to make the most of Hackney + London with the great transport links. We had very few challenges while living here, and any maintenance needs were fixed within 24 hours, by kind staff. The service quality providing by Getliving is of very high standard in particular the consumer service and on site maintenance. I believe most renters would also consider these factors crucial to a rent property. A special credit to Dominic, we wouldn’t have had a smooth moving out without his help. The whole process of moving into my new home was very smooth. I was helped by Rose one of the Leasing managers from Get Living. Claire Oki has been amazing from start to finish. She was super helpful in my search for the next apartment and was very patient with me over the various viewings! And when we got to referencing stage she was very crucial throughout this process and really helped to get things moving quickly. Zainab was methodical and helpful throughout the contract execution stage. A couple of questions had to be asked more than once or followed up a few times with the relationship team regarding moving in arrangements but overall a great service. There are you can find everything that you need: park, lot of shops, restaurants, cafes, beauty salons, gym, swimming pool, very good transport location, Hospital, a lot of places for children (playgrounds, nursery, schools.)
