I live in Tantallon House, and this about Percy. I had an issue with my temperature of my hot water in the shower, which wasn't the easiest to diagnose. Percy had a guy look at it, who gave his comments, and the case appeared to be closed. We had some back and forth on the emails. I'm very happy that Percy didn't take exactly what the repair reported, which was not accurate. She read between the lines and realized there was something more going on. Percy is very patient, and she helped to organise another visit to check the temperature. She could have just closed the case, but she kept following up, and she kept me in the loop in communication, not just email, but also texts. And we even met in person one day to go over the issue. I'm just writing to say she was very dedicated to my cause. I know there's so many other things happening and tenants wanting this and that, but she provided me with the personal service that I needed, and I wasn't just another tenant. Percy approaches her role seriously treats each person individually. We are fortunate to have her.

We stayed in Raglan House for a year, it was wonderful and we really appreciate the care and support provided by each of the team members. They have 24/7 security who are very helpful, the team who helped with viewings Anire and Alexis were great and the property management team Desiree, Percy were amazing as well. And most of all big shout-out to Dan and Stella at the Concierge who are always all-smiles and brilliant. The house itself was great, barring a few appliance issues we had but they were promptly looked into by the staff. We loved the 3rd floor club house, great space to catch up on work or wind down with a book. The neighbourhood itself is quite busy and noisy because of all the construction going on, but the area has great connectivity. Elephant Central itself though is very well managed and we really liked staying here. All in all, big kudos to their entire team and staff for being super friendly, approachable and helpful!

I was looking to rent in August 2024, and the service provided by Anire was second to none - we arranged a viewing within 2 hours of my first contact with the firm, all the info on available flats was provided via email, and later on she helped me a great deal with navigating the reservation process and the documents upload. I'd recommend everyone to rent with GetLiving, especially given how fast and efficient the entire booking process is.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dipty to help with reference checks and finalize a tenancy contract. The apartment is amazing. It is modern with a consistent furnishing style. Everything looked new and cleaned when I first moved in. I lived at Mawes House and I loved my bedroom because the floor-to-ceiling windows gave me the perfect sunlight on sunny days. The living room is spacious which I could find a space for yoga. The location is perfect as providing convenience. There is gym, Sainsbury, Chinese supermarket and plenty restaurants near around. The railway and bus stations are next to the building and tube station is only a few minutes walk away. The property management is also excellent. The building is equipped with automatic delivery locker. There is no need to worry about missing delivery. The maintenance team is always ready to help with any maintenance issues. They are easy to contact and fast responding. I recently moved out due to personal reasons, thank to Jasmine Best for her support for my move out by giving all the professional information and explained details. She makes the process more smoothly and helps a lot in the busy moving time. The whole management team is responsive and supportive in general. Enjoyed living with Get Living and Highly recommended for all who are looking for a comfortable apartment with high living standards.

Great communication from the start. Really easy to arrange a viewing and put down a deposit. Aimee showed us round the apartment. Aimee was extremely helpful and knew all about the property which helped make the decision to take. Aimee helped us through the application process and was on hand to answer questions. When we got the keys, Kinga welcomed us to the property and conducted a safety walk through of the property. Kinga was very knowledgeable about the area and helped us settle in. Thank you both!

We are two young professionals and have lived with GetLiving for nearly 3 years now and have loved it. Throughout our time we’ve received assistance from Sam Watts who has always been super responsive and acted quickly to help with anything needed. The service from GetLiving and in particular Sam is vastly better than anywhere else I’ve lived. If you read this, thanks. We really liked the furniture included and the view from the balcony is amazing. We’ve never had any issues with the flat but as the team are so responsive I would imagine they would act quickly if there was anything. The location is good - a super market, gym, tube, restaurants and coffee shops are all with a stones throw. Would recommend living here to others.

I have been a resident in getliving for three years, we enjoy a happy life here with our two dogs. The on-site management is really convenient. This 5 stars is for Anire O! If you are looking to rent a place at the Elephant Central, please ask for her. My experience started from an inquiry to the final approval of the lease contract, and in between she even arranged a showing on my behalf for a friend who was visiting London. Not only that, whenever I got stuck with the application process she was there to assist with a email request. I really appreciate her customer minded attitude. She took the anxieties and fears away from me and my daughter who has never been to London, let alone renting a place remotely from overseas. Thank you, Anire. You are a great help.

I arranged an inspection via James Greenlees and viewed two apartments with Desiree, to which we expressed interest and she instructed us to make an offer and be in contact with James. On the same day, I made an immediate offer and emailed James and received no response. Multiple calls and follow-up emails were ignored. It's disappointing for potential tenants to invest time viewing a property (and money for transport), only to be completely ignored with no follow-up.

I have been living with Get Living for close to 3 years. The building itself has everything you would want from a modern living space - brand new appliances, greatly furnished flats and access to a private work space, garden, bar. The building staff and especially the relationship managers are very friendly and make themselves available for any and all requests. Sara from the team has been kind enough to ensure we get our oven replaced with a brand new one less than 24 hours we had an issue with the original one.

No need to worry or stress about an agent ripping you off during the move in or out process - previous experience with other London agents (the usual horror stories you hear when moving) had left me a little unsure about future rentals but get living have easily restored my faith. Highly recommend for a stress free home and experience; they were brilliant on all accounts. The concierge team are literally the best and most amazing humans on the planet. However senior team, the relationship management team have constantly and consistently let us down throughout our years here. Very little attention to detail and human compassion, insensitive in time of urgency, insensitive in times of loss and grief and single handily alienated an entire community of dog owners. It’s a shame as there are so many amazing benefits of having lived here. It’s sad to have the experience marred by easily avoidable situations and a lack of common courtesy. Attached is a photo of the newly “pet friendly fenced area” - literally the most bodge job space ever!
