Googlei've had nothing but an excellent experience with getliving. they are extremely professional and friendly, and have helped me every step of the way from renting the property to settling in. Shoutout to Ani who has really been amazing throughout the move. The concierge and neighbours are all super friendly, and I can really feel the sense of community here :)

GoogleWe recently rented a small apartment in the city with GetLiving for our work in London from Monday to Friday, and we couldn't be more pleased. The rental team has been excellent, helpful and professional every step of the way. It was spotless at handover, with a perfectly working extractor fan system, well-furnished, and even the oven clock was set. The facilities are top-notch, making our stay very comfortable. Highly recommend GetLiving!

GoogleMy partner and I lived in one of the Get Living Elephant & Castle flats over the last 5 years and we absolutely loved it! The Get Living team was professional, friendly and always helpful. We didn't have to deal with stress or ambiguity about our tenancy and the team was always very accommodating to our needs. Can definitely recommend! We will miss our flat here

GoogleI recently relocated to the UK at very short notice due to the ever changing Covid related mesures. The team at Get Living in Elephant Central were able to very quickly sort out a flat for me, and generally went above and beyond (particularly Samuel and Kim) to help me settle in these strange times. The flat itself is lovely, well appointed and really quiet. I would definitely recommend!

GoogleAs someone who is from abroad, it can be extremely difficult renting a property through a Letting agency. Get Living Central is full-service and literally takes care of everything from day-to-day questions about living here to maintenance requests...in a very timely manner at that. Staff is courteous and always available to help. These are the important things where you really can't put a price on!

GoogleI lived in Mawes House for 2.5years and really enjoyed my time. The team at Getliving went out of their way to make the building a friendly community. The building and common areas were always kept clean and all the staff were very friendly. The apartments are modern and well built, never having any issues or complaints. I would recommend Mawes House and Getliving.

TrustpilotAwful communication from lettings agency
I would rather pay less for basic accommodation than live here again. Whilst I haven't had any issues with the flat itself the response rate of the management company is appalling. We have rang up, been into the office, and left maintenance requests on the portal and have been straight up ignored. This has caused unforeseen costs and stress with zero compensation from Get Living. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
