My husband and I recently relocated to London and found our perfect home away from home with the help of Zainab, Claire, Laura, James, Scott, basically any member of the get living team that helped us find our home, signing, moving in, understanding how things work, the neighborhood and so on. We have a little one and shopped around in numerous neighborhoods until East Village stole our heart along with the great service we received from Get Living. It was so helpful especially being new to the country, cannot recommend them enough and thank them enough .

Do not use Get Living

Applied for a Get Living property, after initially accepting, they then went back on their offer because the information they had about my partner previously living in a Get Living property was incorrect. They waited weeks to tell us, leaving us without accommodation. Then had to chase them multiple times in order to get the advance deposit payment returned. I would not recommend them at all.

I stay in East village for over a year, the new contract is only 6 months and I fulI pay in advance, after 2 months I moved out, they promised to refund the advance rental within a weeks, but now is over 2 months, I still not yet received it. Don’t trust this company.
