I submitted a maintenance request through the app and my issue was solved very quickly. Ryan was the technician who attended the request and he was so great, he fixed the issue promptly, explained very clearly what happened and even inspected further the washing machine for general maintenance. I can’t take him enough for his great service. He was also very kind, approachable, and understanding. Thank you Ryan. This feedback and review is only related to this issue and the maintenance request. It does not reflect the overall service and experience with Get Living which can be improved drastically during the renting process once you sign up.

Ernest has been friendly from the very first moment I walked through the door. He always creates a welcoming atmosphere and makes everyone feel at home. Lived in the village for 5 years and it was the most wonderful renting experience. Often felt more like living in a resort with everything always clean, well maintained and modern. Anything needing repair or maintaining were sorted within 24 hours usually (often sooner) and all team members always friendly and went above and beyond. The neighbourhood itself is charming and beautiful, with great bars, restaurants and amenities - all on the edge of the Olympic Park for a stroll in the sun.

I have just completed 7 years living in a townhouse in the Stratford Olympic Park development. The service we have received from Get Living has been absolutely excellent from start to finish. Any issues we have had (there hasn't been many) are dealt with immediately via an easy to use app for reporting and by a skilled onsite team. We had an issue with the washing machine door and had a brand new washer delivered on the same day! The property and grounds/terrace was maintained immaculately. The team at Olympic Park are outstanding and cannot do enough to help, especially Oriane, Chloe and Connor - all fantastic. The fact we stayed for 7 years is testament to the standard that they deliver. Even the check out process was simple and very fair, no extra hidden charges and just a lovely email wishing us luck with our new home. Hearing horror stories from friends about London landlords, I felt compelled to write this review as Get Living have been the exact opposite. I would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends or use myself again should I ever need a rental!

I lived with Getliving for two years in different properties each year. - maintenance is pretty fast working - deposit was safely returned - cleaning fee (price depending on your property) is necessary when moving out and is very expensive. - Skylark point was amazing, but they had hot water issue time to time. Not much to complain tbh, but I had this issue that when I moved in(not skylark, but house), all the windows were wide open for so long and even a window that connects to the ground. House was massy do to strong wind and I felt unsafe finding out that the main window is open wide.

Merry Christmas to a brilliant team and community. Pet friendly and family orientated throughout the village. International yet very British feeling. I love to see those smiley golden retrievers out on the green, their heads held high and wagging their tails! Then you run into a ferret or two! The whole team is well managed. From Lettings, to Management to Maintenance. Homes are a good size and very competitively priced, residents always return or renew. Being next door to heaven on Earth Westfield shopping centre doesn't hurt either!

Amazing accompagnement from the start till the handing of keys! Zainab and Maria were very fast at answering my questions and updated me promptly about the procedure with all details! I need to add this one: What an amazing service: I asked for fixing my Dishwasher and Washmachine and got it in few hours later. I've been very impressed with Daiva and the whole Get Living team since moving into Insignia Point in January. Wherever you live there are always going to small issues or things that go wrong, but the important thing is that there's somebody there to support you and put it right ASAP. In each instance to date, Daiva and the Team have been super responsive and helpful - and always follow up to make sure I've been satisfied. Really pleased I moved here. Additional Comment: After 2 great years at Insignia Point, its time to move on - but I'd just like to say that the moving out process has been just as smooth and professional as when I moved in. Dominic has been an absolute star and been super responsive and supportive. I'm sad to leave such a wonderful place, but would definitely love to come back again in the future - my Get Living experience has been nothing but positive and I'd highly recommend to group, the area, the building and all the amazing staff. Thanks all - its been emotional :)

Our washing machine door got stuck and we were unable to get our clothes out. As this happened over the weekend, we were very worried that our clothes would be stuck in the washing machine for the whole weekend, however, Alba was very helpful and she managed to send an engineer over to our house after 10 minutes that I have spoken to her. I was very impressed with her work as she managed to organise a visit to our home in such a short period of time.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Dave Osborne during my flat move! He helped with my initial move offering all the options available to me and talking me through the entire moving process, and now more recently with a sudden change of plans as we changed our flat choice. Davide showed us around the area and apartment when we were doing viewings. He was extremely informative, helpful and friendly in helping us with a search for our apartment. Turn around time to get things done was quite fast. Thereafter we were helped by Alex, when it came to contract execution. His responses were fast. However some questions needed up be asked more than once or we had to do some minor follow ups. Other then that, Alex was easy to deal with and was always willing to help and answer questions. Get living are great landlords, finest apartments and luxury furniture. I live in the new Skylark Point building which as very comfy and boast amazing communal areas. Our Relationship Manager Sonia Andrisani has a super positive attitude, she followed up all my requests with speed and professionalism. She is always ahead of us in making sure everything is fixed on time and that we lived comfortably. She even sent me an electric heater when our heating system was being maintained so as to be sure we stay warm. Thank you Sonia, and thank you Get Living.
