Our washing machine door got stuck and we were unable to get our clothes out. As this happened over the weekend, we were very worried that our clothes would be stuck in the washing machine for the whole weekend, however, Alba was very helpful and she managed to send an engineer over to our house after 10 minutes that I have spoken to her. I was very impressed with her work as she managed to organise a visit to our home in such a short period of time.

In general terms the Security and Maintenance Team are very helpful. Some people I would like to recognise are: Mihai and Andrew- 2 securities/ receptionist at Insignia Point have outstanding customer service. Always happy to help, answering questions on time, open the building doors when they see you coming (especially when they see me with my kids/pram etc) super friendly and very kind with the kids. Also Mark from The Maintenance Team has done great work for us. Very professional and friendly.

Recently we had an issue with our fridge/freezer and as always, the response from the team was really quick. The next morning we had a visit from Ryan in the Maintenance team, who immediately fixed the issue, whilst being super helpful and friendly. What might otherwise have been a painful ordeal was ameliorated by her diligent service and personable manner from end-to-end. Get Living makes really convenient living in East Village especially when it comes to home repairs and maintenance. Our washing machine and dishwasher needed to be fixed recently and it disrupted our routine for doing hose chores. But GetLiving sent maintenance on the day we requested it. Ryan did the maintenance work and fixing and he’s done a stellar job and really polite and nice person. It’s been 3 days since he did the fix and the appliances works perfectly! Ryan was also proactive to change the batteries of our door lock even if we didn’t request since he saw in their system that it’s time to change. We could’ve been locked out if it wasn’t for him!

Davide showed us around the area and apartment when we were doing viewings. He was extremely informative, helpful and friendly in helping us with a search for our apartment. My experience so far with Get Living has been excellent. I met with Claire Oki originally who organised for me to see some flats and then took me through the initial reservation process. It was a pleasure to deal with her - she was very responsive and efficient. I also saw the flats with David (don't know surname sorry!) who was lovely and very patiently showed me round the complex and a number of flats while I ran around taking photos and smiling like a Cheshire Cat - it is a wonderful place.
