GoogleI recently needed a fixture hung on the wall and one of the lovely on-site engineers, Kevin R, came. The work was done to a fantastic standard, highly recommend.

GoogleVery slow in responding to my emails. I've contacted them for almost 3 months, several times a week, to ask about the apartment etc, but still haven't gotten one or even viewed the apartment in person. I called them several times and was told their staff is busy, and I have to contact them via email only, and it'd take more than a week if they're too busy to respond. This is very disappointing.

GoogleZareena and Rikki have both been great in helping us to secure a tenancy. Rikki was kind enough to alert us when properties that matched our requirements appeared, and Zareena was helpful in organising the contract promptly.

GoogleMy refrigerator is broken. Ryan not only sent a refrigerator that could temporarily serve as a replacement as soon as possbile, but also promised to replace the original refrigerator for me. I am beyond grateful for his kindness and enthusiasm. Ryan saved my life!

GoogleOverall a positive experience. Issues with fobs not working on moving day. Maintenance issues so far dealt quickly and professionally. Removals access to loading bay has to be booked in advance but we weren’t told about it.

GoogleWe most often like something or someone without spreading the word which I think it's unfair. Mihai, at concierge in Insignia Point is a lovely, smiley but above all a helpful personnel who is always with a smile and a good word coming out of his mouth. I am 100%, he is even a better person. Can we duplicate him please haha. Jokes aside, despite I don't know many of the other concierge personnel (apart from Sabina), I can only say positive things for everyone, including Sabina. Keep it up and happy Christmas!
