GoogleThe team at New makers yard have consistently gone above and beyond to make my transition into moving as smooth as possible! Today, John was able to accommodate me collecting my keys a day earlier than initially arranged. Despite being extremely busy, he showed me around the facility once more and was very thorough and helpful when showing me around the apartment. From how certain appliances work, to accessing the residents portal and knowing who to contact in case of emergency, heβs made me feel so much more comfortable and confident in moving in. Thanks again!

Avoid this company at all cost. Terrible customer service, they don't care about the tenants after they sign an agreement, only care about getting the most money with least care. Portland Place is a joke, the people working there are a joke too. Avoid. Great area to live in, but avoid GetLiving.

GoogleI was left without power on a Sunday night and by Monday afternoon Denis T made sure my power was working. He took the time to make sure everything was fixed including other problems I had in the flat. Couldnβt ask for better maintenance!

GoogleThe location is perfect .. close to city Center but away enough to be quite and peaceful. Love the water body besides the property and itβs always neat and tidy. Above all , the house itself has been designed with so much storage that it more than what you expect! The administrative team especially John and Joshua have been wonderful. Easy to communicate and extremely helpful. A special thank you to Joshua who helped me zero in on our Home while I was in India itself and helped me understand the steps in simple terms. He has been a great help many number of times besides this as well. To add to my previous comments, special thanks to Denis , Tom and Rick for prompt response to maintenance requests. Thanks a ton

GoogleSince moving in last year my experience has been quite positive, especially with how the way issues are being handled professionally. GoogleThis 5 star is purely for Rick, the guy from the maintenance team, and also for the security which i donβt know about the name. Even tho the move in experience is the worst I had in my whole life and also the community sometimes just donβt have any hot water for entire day. But today when I woke up and realised I been locked inside my own bedroom, I immediately called security and he responded within seconds, and then about 5 minutes, Rick came to my door and rescued me, also helped me to check the bathroom door in case the same situation happens in the future. This leaves me a very valuable impression as how quick and nice they respond to resistance inquiries. Thanks again to Rick and thanks again to security, as anytime if I got any problems and call security they would always answer the phone call within seconds.
