GoogleToo many crime cases happen in new maker yard! It is not safe! I gave low rating because a few of crime incidences happened continuously recently. First, the seven brothers bar in the neighbourhood’ door was destroyed by someone. Second, resident in one of apartment building named clay building was kidnapped in the car parking. Third, one resident was robbed by those gangsters just in the neighbourhood. And those gangsters are tailgating the gardens of the building. It is not safe flat complex. Please avoid this place!
Dear Danish, You may have seen an enhanced Police presence in the neighbourhood over the past couple of days which follows an incident on site. Please note this is a highly unusual occurrence that is definitely not typical of life at New Maker Yards. Please be assured that the Police are dealing with the matter and we have increased security across the neighbourhood as a precaution. Unreasonable Move-Out Charges, Expect Tenants to Pay for Staff Negligence I was initially drawn in by the nice-looking environment and friendly staff, despite many friends warning me not to live here. However, issues arose during the move-out process, where the company refused to take responsibility and expected the tenants to cover their mistakes. If you don't mind unreasonable charges when you move out, then you might consider living here.

GoogleI am so impressed with this company and location. Myself and two of my friends found ourselves desperately in need of a place to stay, and we were able to secure a property in this location and have everything completed so quickly! I have had the amazing help from Nina and others; their communication is unmatched and they have done everything in their power to make this process as easy and quick as possible for us. Nina held the viewing and she was so polite, answering all my questions and just being so so helpful. Myself and my friends are so excited to move into this property, we are so pleased to have found a trusting and caring company. I highly recommend this location, it’s so beautiful and close to the city centre! If not this building then definitely look into the company, they are nothing but helpful!

GoogleWe were lucky to have Anna as our agent, we found the perfect flat with minimum stress! She was always very thoughtful and kept in mind our requests and wishes and was never afraid to make an extra mile to find a perfect fit for us! Overall we were happy with eastvillage experience especially given how stressful the flat hunting usually is.

GoogleGetliving don’t welcome prospective residents. Called from 9:30 for 50 minutes no one picks up the phone for their new resident lines, tried other lines still no one answered. Also you messed up with my viewing. I booked viewing on last Friday for Monday (today) and colleague said that would send confirmation to my email. NEVER RECEIVED CONFIRMATION. Am on my way to the viewing and call to double check if the viewing was made. UNSURPRISINGLY YOU DIDNT MADE SUCH APPOINTMENT! very surprised with the low standard service provided by this company, can’t imagine this is what you did for prospective new tenants. GoogleI’ve been living here for about two months and have really enjoyed the vibes and my time so far. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and the maintenance team is absolutely fantastic. I’d like to give special thanks to Rosetta, who has been highly supportive and responsive to our maintenance requests and any other questions we had; Kinga, who took great care of our move-in process; and Nina, for her assistance with the initial viewing and tenancy processing.

GoogleI had a viewing scheduled with Aimee over there weekend and she was so flexible with timing and was extremely helpful when we got there. She walked us through everything in such great detail and didn’t rush through our questions and explanations. I’ve now been able to put down the holding deposit to ensure I get the unit and that wouldn’t have gone so smoothly without Aimee’s help. Excited to move in the next few weeks!

Trustpilot100% THE WORST AGENCY IN LONDON
. I applied for this development over a month ago, and my application kept getting brushed away by the staff here and the company they partnered with to complete referencing called ‘’complete moves’’. The first time my application got rejected due to affordability however I was then assured that I am able to apply with a guarantor which I did. Only then to get ignored and be told that they will not be accepting guarantors. I was then told to apply a 3rd time, however both companies get living and complete moves are impossible to reach their excuse is that there is no one available at the time even though I only call during working hours. I strongly advise you to check the reviews of complete moves as get living deals directly with them before considering an apartment here. I have never received such incompetent and poor service to the point where i had to raise a formal complaint and will be escalating this to the property ombudsman and the relevant bodies. This whole experience has caused me unbelievable distress and waste of time despite the fact that I meet all the criteria, they will reject you if they don’t like you and will claim that they don’t have your application.
