GoogleApartment was not clean when I moved in. Sink was clogged. A wardrobe was taken away and it took me two weeks to get it back. I had to fix everything by myself.

GoogleI’ve lived in a few different buildings in East Village over the years, and people like Ernest are hard to come by. From the moment you walk into Insignia Point, he sets the tone, welcoming, friendly, helpful , and just very real. It makes a bigger difference than you’d think, especially after a long day when you just want to feel comfortable walking through your own front door. He’s also the kind of person who keeps an eye out without making a show of it. You feel safe, you feel looked after, but never in an overbearing way. It’s just natural with him. Our pups pull us to the lobby for a chance to say hi, they feel so welcomed and spoiled. Honestly, buildings can have all the amenities in the world, but without someone like Ernest, they don’t feel the same. People like him are what actually make a place worth living in and it would be a shame if that kind of presence ever went unnoticed. Definitely a big part of the reason we wanted to move here in the first place was the exceptional staff.

GoogleRyan is so helpful and such a lovely person to talk to whilst he is fixing problems with ease. I genuinely cannot give a more glowing review! Across multiple flats I’ve lived in, in East Village he has always been a cheerful face and great at his job. From fitting fridges, fixing washing machines to noticing other maintenance issues and taking it upon himself to sort them out, I’m secretly always hoping that it is him attending my maintenance requests. Thank you so much Ryan for all your help, Get Living is lucky to have you!

GoogleLived in the village for 5 years and it was the most wonderful renting experience. Often felt more like living in a resort with everything always clean, well maintained and modern. Anything needing repair or maintaining were sorted within 24 hours usually (often sooner) and all team members always friendly and went above and beyond. The neighbourhood itself is charming and beautiful, with great bars, restaurants and amenities - all on the edge of the Olympic Park for a stroll in the sun.
