GoogleThe only one bedroom window is sealed shut for more than half of a year with no timeline from get living when they are going to fix it while the rent is being reviewed as usual. Check if your windows work properly if you decide to move in, you may need to wait for a considerable amount of time to get them fixed (if it even happens) :)

GoogleI initially had a difficult time finding a place to rent in London, but everything changed when I came across a property at Elephant Central. Booking a viewing appointment was quick and easy, and I met Anire, who showed me around both the property and the surrounding area. Anire was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. She took the time to explain my options and guided me through the referencing process.Her support made what had been a stressful experience feel much more manageable. I’m very grateful for her assistance and would highly recommend Anire to anyone looking for a rental property in London.

Trustpilot⭐️ safety hazard to pets
⭐️ Extremely disappointing management of the landscaping and planted areas around the residential development. Foxtails have been planted/allowed to grow in areas used by residents and their pets, creating a serious and completely avoidable risk to animals. Foxtails can become embedded in a pet’s skin, paws, ears or other parts of the body and may require veterinary treatment or surgical removal, potentially resulting in significant distress for pets and very costly vet bills. Despite the seriousness of the issue, it has been extremely difficult to get clear answers, action or a meaningful response from Get Living. Residents should not have to repeatedly chase management over a preventable hazard in communal residential areas. The wellbeing and safety of residents and their pets should be taken seriously. Far better communication, maintenance and proactive management of the planted areas are needed. Very disappointing experience. ⭐️

GoogleSo far so good! I am due to move in later in the week and the team have been helpful in ensuring all boxes are ticked and all questions are answered swiftly. Looking forward to the move-in. Dan especially has been really helpful and enthusiastic, and sold me on the flat immediately at the viewing.

GoogleI’ve been moving from being in a 2 bedroom flat, to a 1 bedroom flat within the yard and my experience wouldn’t have been as stress free as it was without Sonia - she was attentive and quick to reassure any worries or questions I had. GooglePete from maintenance was a big help in fixing the leak in my sink, eventually installing a brand new part as a permanent solution. Pete is competent, friendly, and conscientious. He even offered to take his shoes off when coming inside, which is rare! Maintenance always comes by as soon as the next morning after submitting an inquiry, which I appreciate.

GoogleI can’t recommend Get Living highly enough, and a huge part of that is thanks to Zainab. From the moment we reserved our apartment, Zainab was incredibly helpful, patient and responsive throughout what ended up being a fairly complex referencing process. She went above and beyond to keep us updated, answer our endless questions, and guide us through every step with professionalism and kindness. What could have been a stressful experience felt genuinely manageable because of her support. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she always took the time to explain things clearly and reassure us when needed. Thanks to Zainab, we’re now about to move into our beautiful new home at Elephant Central, and we’re incredibly grateful for all of her hard work behind the scenes to help make it happen. A special thank you goes to Zainab, who made the whole process feel smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. From our initial enquiries right through to signing for the apartment, she was always approachable, responsive, and incredibly helpful. No matter how many questions we had, she took the time to provide clear answers and keep us informed every step of the way. Moving home can often feel overwhelming, but Zainab’s professionalism, patience, and attention to detail gave us complete confidence throughout the process. Her communication was fantastic, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. GoogleI had a wonderful experience living here for the past year. The staff were always professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The concierge team were always welcoming, and the building has 24/7 security. Whenever there were any minor issues with the apartment, the maintenance team responded quickly and resolved everything efficiently. The apartment itself is well maintained and comfortable. I also loved the balcony view. Although there is some construction nearby, it was still a lovely place. The location is another huge advantage. There is a Sainsbury's, a gym, a Chinese supermarket, and several restaurants right downstairs. Just a short walk away, there are even more cafés and restaurants. Elephant Park is also a beautiful place for a walk or to unwind. I truly appreciated all the help from the Elephant Central team over the past year and would happily recommend Get Living to anyone looking for a high-quality rental home in London.
