GoogleAfter years of being forced to endure abysmal service by many landlords and agencies - Genie easily claims the title of one of the best agencies out there! From attending a viewing with Aleshah (who deserves a serious promotion!) to the onboarding and paperwork stage, receiving your keys is a smooth and quick process. And unlike other agencies who stop caring about you once the sale has been accomplished, Genie continues with their utmost quality service to their tenants!

GoogleWorst experience ever. I got a room with this company on spare rooms and literally got catfished. I demanded my money back but they insisted on finding me somewhere else. I got somewhere else that I liked but minor complaints weren’t resolved. They never do nothing. Even when moving on, my housemates would complain about how things like the wash machine hasn’t been fixed since complaining. The mangers don’t even answer their phone when there’s a problem. The whole company is a joke. I literally have to laugh or I’ll go mad. I asked for a mirror for the bathroom & got aired…. I don’t know what I got myself involved in BUT THIS IS YOUR WARNING. Getting a place with these people will character build you.

GoogleI have nothing but praise for Vik at Letting Genie. When I needed to rent out my flat, he photographed and advertised it on Rightmove and found tenants in less than a week! This has been the same the three times that I have needed new tenants since. He arranges all the viewings and references which makes it really easy for me.

GoogleI have been dealing with Letting Genie for just under a year. I am a first time landlord and was very nervous and the rental world. I approached letting genie, due to them being recommended to myself. They managed to answer all my questions and it has been a great experience. They explained everything clearly and it was so easy to understand. When I need to email / phone they will always reply extremely quickly. Everything is done by them and I can just put my feet up and not have to worry about a thing. I would recommend this company to anyone who is needing a hassle free life. It feels a lot more personal than going through a national company! 5 stars from me!

GoogleI’d highly recommend Letting Genie to anybody looking for a reliable lettings agency. Having rented a few properties through this agency for years for my company, I can genuinely say that the service provided is first-class. Vik’s expertise in the legislation of the rental sector, as well as his extensive knowledge of the local property market, will make any landlord and tenant feel that they are in very safe hands. Any emergencies are dealt with immediately and properties are kept in excellent condition. The service is tailored to the customers’ needs and goes far beyond what is offered by other letting agencies.

GoogleIv received great free advice from Sue Sims in regards property regulations being a landlady I wanted to make sure I was keeping to the correct guidelines. They are very knowledgeable and quick to respond. Genie rooms staff have been fantastic and very helpful. Very knowledgeable, and professional. she got back to me very late at night, gave me tips and pointers in how to advertise my property and provided me with very useful tips . She even showed me how to use wide lens on my phone I never knew it existed!! Thanks again Sue.
