GoogleDefinatley the worst letting agents ivr ever had to deal with! Avoid at all costs! The only time you hear from them is when they use bullying tactics to get what they want. Only an automated system to call in emergencies which are not dealt with for weeks. The builders they do use are absolute cowboys (i guess this is gatekeeper trying to keep consistency with the service they provide). Their workers wrecked the house and made it un-liveable, reducing the poor landlord to tears! Landlords amd tennents best stay well clear in my opinion

GoogleHorrible experience terrible company. Our fully furnished home which we let with gatekeeper was robbed of all our belongs by the exiting tenants. Gatekeeper didn't notify us of the situation for several days as they didn't do a sufficient inventory check . They said they always do inventory checks from memory and didn't notice till it was too late? When any responsibility for this was put on them we were threatened with the legal team and that we'd not retain the tenant's deposit. Awful company!

GoogleWe rented a house in Swindon through Gatekeeper. We have just bought our first home and we just wanted to say thanks because the team couldn't have been more helpful during a stressful time! They made sure we knew what we had to do throughout the whole process of checking out and while we were in the house (just over a year), we only had a couple of things that needed work and Gatekeeper got maintenance people out quickly to fix them for us. When they needed to come to the house for viewings, we always got a text and an email to let us know what was happening and when we had friends over they understood and rearranged viewings around us. We would definitely recommend them - we've rented through lots of agents in the Area and we both felt that Gatekeeper has the best service and has thought about what tenants need.

We were pleasantly surprised by Gatekeepers positivity in what is reported as a poor housing market. Their valuation seemed very accurate with our expectation and we managed to get viewings and offers quickly after the house was available to view on-line on Rightmove etc.
We rapidly accepted an offer we were happy with and got to work with finding our new home which happened within the following few weeks. Very impressed by all the advice and support.
